This work of 32 panels explores the ideas of landscape art and how different glazes express themselves.  The panel sizes were used to represent pages from a notebook ripped out and put on the wall. They are part test, part sketch, and part discovery. Each panel has only one glazed used on it used to explore its full ranges from thin to thick.  In ceramics there are often a wall of test tiles used in the studio to give a tiny sample of a glaze, these are typically 1 to 2 inches in size, I wanted to reference this wall as it was the start for this work.
